- Summer Rate April 1-Sept 30: $110. Dbl/1st night, 2+ nights $100 nightly, Additional guests $20 each/per night. Oct 1- Mar 31: $100 Dbl /1st night, 2+ nights $80. Dbl /nightly. Ask about snowbird rate. Add 5% GST (tax) to all rates.
- Situated on picturesque Portage Inlet bird sanctuary, about 10 minutes to Victoria, with the Olympic Mountains in the distance.
- Air conditioned suite with a ramped private entrance, spacious accommodation with additional bedroom available for children or travelling companions.

Easy access from BC Ferries, take McKenzie Avenue/UVic turnoff from Hwy 17 (Pat Bay Hwy). Turn right on McKenzie Ave, proceed through 4 traffic lights, last light is Island Hwy. Turn right almost immmediately on to Portage Road. Map on web page.
