• October ONLY off season rate: $90/ night/ double occupancy, $20 extra for a third person. (Includes a hot breakfast.) Ferry and Toronto parking information provided. The ferry is a 7 minute walk from the train station.
• Newly built ground floor bedroom with small refrigerator and private bathroom.
• Private entrance from garden, with a private patio. Bicycles available for guests.
• Pet free, smoke free room. Cot is available for a third person if needed.
• Breakfast options: on a common balcony, on patio, or in room. Can accomodate vegans and vegetarians.
• Two minute walk from the ferry boat or to Ward's beach and boardwalk.
• Surrounding island parkland offers: paddling, roller blading, bird watching, cycling.

D'inscription et de départ : Check in at 2pm. Check out at 11am, but flexible on this where possible.
Politique d'annulation : Deposit is required with registration, balance is due upon departure. Two week notice of cancellation is required or deposit is forfeited. 'No shows' owe the full booking costs.
