• The Deco: 900/week. The Retro: 800/week. The Euro: 600/week. Please inquire about monthly rates.
• Two charming self-contained apartment suites are on Kingston Road in the Upper Beaches or Hunt Club area of Toronto. The third is on Scarboro Beach Blvd in the heart of The Beach.
• The Deco & The Retro are located in a lovely family neighourhood near a park, pool, and amenities. They are walking distance to the wonderful Beaches neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation.
• The Deco is a spacious main floor bungalow, about 900 sq ft. It has a large living room, eat-in kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with queen bed (& optional baby's crib), 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 queen bed, & a lovely deck & yard. .
• The Retro is a large lower level garden flat, about 700 sq ft. It has an open concept living/dining room with a double size drop-down murphy bed, eat-in kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed & a walkout to a private patio.
• Each suite accommodates up to four adults. They are both fully equipped and include a fireplace, AC, TV, DVD, cable, stereo, private phone line with voicemail, high speed internet, laundry facilities, & parking.
• The third suite, the Euro, is a cozy lower level studio for up to 2 people, steps from the lake and charming Queen Street East, with a double bed, equipped kitchenette, TV, DVD, cable, stereo, wifi, & phone line. Friendly allergy-free dog lives upstairs.
