- A designated heritage home, built in 1891 and recently restored, filled with antiques, including brass beds and a clawfoot tub.

- Close to the wonderful Beacon Hill Park. Easy access to ferries, buses, airport and floatplanes.
- Guests have their own front entrance. They share a large lounge, but visitors taking both rooms will have exclusive use of the whole floor. Wireless Internet access.
- Saskatchewan Room has 1 double bed; BC Room has one single. Small rollaway also available. Lounge includes microwave, small fridge, TV, coffee and tea-making facilities.
- Healthy breakfast includes home-made breads, muffins, jams, coffee, tea and juices, cereals, served in family dining-room. Also fruits in season.
